Looks like somebody opened her up, in surgery or the streets.

That looks to me like the result of an exploratory laparotomy, with keloid scar formation and a herniation of the umbilicus. In other words, a surgeon needed to open up her abdomen to either diagnose or treat a major abdominal problem, and she scarred up pretty badly. Scar formation like that is common in darker skinned individuals, the blow-out of her belly button is a surgical complication.

I have a friend whose bowels got clogged up somehow and they sort of "Popped" and they needed to get into dudes body RIGHT away so he didnt die... He slipped into a coma for a few months, but lived... He has a scar similar to that... not as bad tho... oucha!
