How do you find time to workout that much?

    sometimes people ask me,do u workout for 6 hours a day?i say what?????it`s absurd
i only workout for around 2 hours a day
one hour with weights ,four times a week different bodyparts
and one hour cardio(i alwasy do power walking) first thing in the morning usually aorund 6am,seven days a week than in the evening i hit the gym
when i train with weights this is my routine
    sunday quads and hamstrings
    tue shoulders,triceps,calves
    thur cardio back,rear delts+traps
    sat chest +biceps
i do abs every other day

training is the easy part, when you are an athlete
food is the most important thing
the body needs constant fuel,if i don`t eat every two hours i get a starving anger,i feel like dieing
    i have 8 small meals a day
evertything is weighted for my bodyweight and the food is carefully selected and everything must be organic
lots of lean proteins, low carbs and lots of vegs and 5 to 7 litres of water every day
i don`t eat wheat or dairy and all my food is steamed
bodybuilding is 24/7 days a week
without an high protein diet, building muscles and burning fat would be impossible
    diet is 70%of my success,training is 30%
