Use 1 fleet enema as directed about 2-3 hours before. This will act as a laxative and help to both empty and clean your rectum. Then about 60-90 minutes before take another fleet enema, take off the top. Pour out the solution and replace with warm water. Replace the top and use as directed - this will rinse out the rectum. You can refill it with warm water if necessary and reuse until the water expelled is cllear.
