I don't know where the op got the term from. But Femboy is a term that has been used on the Asian Ts/ The ladyboy forums for a few years now. The basic meaning of it is a girl that is not finished in her transition. No implants or surgeries.This term is mainly used for asian ladyboys.

I just find it funny that most of the people who use these words such as "fag" and "gay" as an insult are often those who wish to bee seen as straight.
