You've still got about 1 week left to get verified, but that's cutting it kind of close and even if you do get verified at the last minute, sometimes the last minute invites get lost in the shuffle. We ALWAYS have guys saying after the event "I never got the invitation" and it ended up in their spam folder and they didn't check till too late. I can't believe how many girls I'm going to have to turn down because I've got so many who want to go. This never happened to me before.

And for the married guys here's two excuses.

Excuse #1: "Honey I'm going to a seminar." Don't forget to pick up some kind of brochure. Or even actually find a seminar of some sort that's being held the same night.

Excuse #2: Home Depot. This is the best excuse short of buying a yacht. Just tell your SO you have to go to Home Depot. When you return several hours later she will be so glad you didn't buy her a chain saw or lawn mower for her birthday she will forget all about the missing time.
