Well, maybe if you're 15 and you think 'in and out' only refers to sex.
I would have selected Behind Blue Eyes if i HAD to choose a Who song and even that is kind of "pushing the envelope" as would be Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd because just because a song is slow, it doesn't necessarily make it erotic - same thing for suggestive lyrics, just because a song remotely mentions any indication of sex, doesn't make it erotic.
