Brazil or Thailand? Best bet for a tgirl themed vacation?

Anyone been to both places and could share some insight?

I understand Thailand is very inexpensive once you get there (food and hotels) but not sure about Brazil. Both take about the same travel time for me but looking for the best bet to have some fun.

Spanish won't do you much good in Brazil.

They speak Portuguese there.
