MoonAndStar, it must be your lucky week. Allanah Starr is scheduled to be in London from 5th to the 15th September. You may be lucky. Also Lisa Kage is in London from 6th Sept for about 3 weeks.
To my knowledge, there is only one girl permanently on the lists from the US and that is Vanessa Sexotic. Never met her, but the photos look good.
