I would stick with the single name ala Madonna, Beyonce, Shakira, Bono, Kobe, Usher etc ... with your beauty and talent the single name is perfect. You are already recognized as Jesse with no last name needed.
Best actress - and the winner is ... Jesse! Nice ring huh.

You absolutely should have a last stage name and make it distinct.
In the era of the internet, people will be looking for your videos, your website, your photos and any other media you appear in. I'm no web expert but the more easily recognizable your name, the more web searches and the more potential to link to other sites may exist and that can mean more money for you.
Don't get all goofy and draggy with the name. Allanah Starr and Gia Darling got it right. It's distinct and memorable.
I like Jesse Storm or Jesse Logan myself.
Simple clear and easy to remember...
Also don't use your real name or whatever name you're currently utilizing in your personal life. It makes it too easy for creepos to find you.

But you know what I'm just an average guy who has written for the web and think of this in the same way as I would a more mainstream star.
perhaps you're better off seeking counsel from other well branded t-girls like Meghan, or Allanah or Gia or Wendy Williams.
they may be able to give you better advice.
And I wouldn't worry about porn too much. Fans will find your work. You're still keeping jesse after all...
