Hey bob all you sites have it wrong.. the 19.95 startup is cool.. but after a month and we downloaded all are favs off your site, if you want people to renew put the price at like 5.95.. were only looking at the new stuff posted.. the stuff we like is on are hardrive.. I've joined your site before and the first thing I do is cancel then I start looking at the site.. That what I'd do if I owned it.. might get people to stay members for a long time and even though your only getting the 5.95, there not using up a lot of bandwith downloading.. If you did that I'd check for updates now and then.. Just my feeling on it..

I think 5.95 might be a bit much to expect but I don't think halfprice would be a bad deal. Also shared links, content, and memberships between sites is always a good way to boost your business.

There are a lot of megasites in straight porn but they are rare in transporn. IMO there are too many tgirl sites with not enough content shared between them. Let's say I'm interested in Danielle Foxxx for example. If I want to find all her stuff on the net I would have to join about 10 to 20 sites to collect it all. At anywhere from $20 to $40 a site that gets really pricey in a hurry.

Also I have noticed that a lot of websites offer discounts when you go to cancel them. I think it is dumb to wait until people get to the cancellation stage to offer a discount for repeat business. I agree ... it seems like a strange move.
