I think its a shame that some of the ladies (& for that matter some of the guys) are so against guys wearing thongs (but presumably feel that it is perfectly acceptable for a woman to wear one.

If a man is wearing a thong designed for guys & has a butt that looks good, then I can see nothing about the thong that makes it inherently more suited to women than men. If fashion changed & thongs for men suddenly became far more popular, would people still hold this view?

It is only after all comparatively recently that thongs have become mainstream underwear for women, available in large numbers from high street stores.

In various tribal cultures, thongs developed as an item worn by men, not the other way round.

This on the other hand does not appeal to me...
