What percentage of the U.S. population is MTF transexual?
And how do you spot (and approach) them in public if they are passable? Are certain areas of the country more densely populated by TS girls?

I assume you are joking about 20%. I would say the percentage of MTF transsexuals in the U.S. population is probably 1 - 1.5%

that statistic would be very hard to pinpoint.
so many girls (Alyssa the daredevil)do this on their own.
without a clinical diagnosis of gender identity disorder, i dont think you can be officially documented as being M2F.
