where can one go to find TS in South America? What parts of what city/country specifically can you go to meet ts? Also, are there any websites dedicated or that have this type of info on it?

And hell even in Brazil, where specifically does one go to meet TS. I always here people say Brazil, Brazil, Brazil but Brazil is one huge ass country...be specific.

In Argentina, definitely go to Buenos Aires.
