Her name is Nancy (no last name, anybody?) and your pic is of her scene from the DVD "Transx 12" which was released by Sineplex during 2005, I think (covers attached).
She was also in the movie "Big Ass Shemale Winkers #2", again in 2005 (covers attached).
Sadly, that's all I've managed to find out on her.

This was brought up before, but all we could figure out is her first name.
Extremely hot girl, but elusive to us all!
I do get the impression the guy she did it with is from the US based on other porn he was in, so that should help you narrow it down a bit.
