Not sure about sad, could mean too many things.
These, and sissification generally, are not that appealing because its about humiliation, but transformation/control fantasy can be fun. Falls in the power transfer category, taken to the level of complete control. Long as there are real world limits its all fun.
I've played the other side with girls I've dated, picking out their cloths, the make-up, the hair color... getting EXACTLY what I wanted and knowing it was all about me for that encounter (or somewhat longer for hair color). That can be a huge boost.
Haven't really been on the other hand for anything that drastic, never met any ladies who were into that and unattached, but I imagine it would be at least as stimulating as playing sub in a bondage session. Giving up controlling things can be euphoric... giving up control of your body should givea even more intense boost.
Least the ladies I played with seemed to think so...
Maybe I'm wrong... maybe it's just sick and wrong...
