Can't see how personal adverts on CL are any more or less dangerous than escort adverts on Eros or anyplace else. Not saying that you or anyone participating in this discussion is doing either, just stating a fact.

Either way one is meeting strangers one does not know and inviting them into one's home, or going to theirs. Therefore the usual precautions must always be taken.

For those using fake pics or other deceptive practices, that tells me they are disingenuous. Same goes for clients. That's why I keep my rates higher and never negotiate.
