Use Post Reply, not the little Quick Reply box at the bottom of the page. On the reply page, you'll see a blue bar under the Post a reply text box which says Add an Attachment. That's where you browse your local hard drive for an image, then click Add Attachment to add your pic. C'mon, show us whatcha got!
