Will I dont know but where are you looking. Tgirl clubs for e.g. have lots of escorts and not the place to find a non-escort. In my experience, I found some non-escort tgirls in the nursing industry.

There definitely are many transwomen who don't work as escorts, but as
stated upthread it is somewhat difficult to find them.
Due to the nature of the line of work that escorts and porn actresses are
in, they need to be highly visible.
Whereas there are many women who don't do the escort, bar, pageant,
or porn scenes.
They may live stealth, work mainstream jobs, be students, etc.
Where do you find them?
Well oftentimes they are right around you, but you might not know it.
Others can be found on dating sites, both mainstream and transrelated,
though not usually the porn related ones.
So yes it can be difficult to find them, as many times they don't want to
be found.
If you're truly lucky they will find you.
