Sorry Celeste I got you screamed at LOL
I was just naming Tranny Companys that require testing or CONDOMS only. I said GROOBY was CONDOMS only and Celeste said no thats not the case and gave Christian and the other person as an example. She wasnt attacking anyone but just pointing out that apparently Grooby did bareback (WITH TESTS)!!
Again sorry Celeste!

AFAIK, a monthly AIM test is for HIV, GC, and CT all by PCR. Testing for HSV or HPV in the serum isn't too useful (you mainly just monitor by outward symptoms, but asymptomatic ppl may still be contagious). I don't think they test for syphillis either, but it might be a good idea to do every few months - unfortunately it's making comeback, especially here in Southern California... thankfully it's very treatable with good old Penicillin G injections.
The infections I'd be most concerned with in receptive anal intercourse would be HIV and HPV (warts and cancer are no fun)... so Gardasil is probably a good idea for promiscuous people of all genders. For HIV, current AIM tests are a good start... of course, there is always a risk that someone is asymptomatic during a primary infection and catches you in the window period... but even while having sex with someone HIV+, the per-event risk of transmission is at most 1-2%...
...With a current AIM test, condomless scenes are not 100% safe, but are not unreasonably dangerous...

The results of testing are only valid for the day on which the tests were taken and may be invalid if any infection was still within its incubation period. The relevant incubation periods are as follows:-
Gonorrhoea/Chlamydia/Trichomas - 3 weeks
HIV, syphilis, Hepatitis B - 3 months
Hepatitis B - 6 months
Any certificate of testing should carry a rider to the above effect.
In my opinion the adult industry is over reliant on tests which are largely meaningless and anybody who barebacks on the strength of a test is living in a fools's paradise.
