    In Florida for example,the very same issue up for debate in California lost 62 to 38.

    well, the percentages have been narrowing for the past hour, point by point...with only 25% in...so things could reverse.

    Not necessarily a bad night, Kink, Hara, Tiffany, and all the others following this Proposition in California. Even though this proposition might end up losing when the night is over, it's still a matter of looking at the glass as either half empty or half full. I see progress believe it or not. The last proposition like this lost like four to one. It's a lot closer this time. And let's not forget that it also must pass Constitutional mustard. It will undoubtedly meet legal challenges if it does pass, in my opinion.

    As an Amendment, though...it bypasses challenges, unless it goes against the US Constitution, and I don't think it hits that.
