Was in Milan in September. Some friends and I were driving back from a bar and I saw 3 near the intersection of Viale Toscana and Via Carlo Vittadini.

I used to live in Italy and I know that during the summer months they have their version of gay pride. If you find a hotel by the Termini then you can find transexual streetwalkers around midnight till about 4 or 5am. As I said during the summer months are your best bet. You should go to a square called Testaccio (I think that's the correct way to spell it). They have an entire square dedicating to various clubs. During those months the square is known as Gay Village. Of course it's been some years since I lived there so I don't know if it's changed. By the way, the area that I am describing is Rome.
