Rates in Italy, as everywhere, may vary...
On the road you can find rates like 30 or 50 Euro.
In apartment, usually girls ask 100 or 150 Euro.
I suggest you to rent a car (with GPS of course) and try to look on the streets....suggested areas are Caracalla, Acquacetosa, via Palmiro Togliatti (mattatoio)...if you won't find any good girl, at least you will have the chance to enjoy Rome by night...it's wonderful...
