Interesting thread, it has been a while since the last post, but here's a question:

What about libido in terms of being capable of orgasms in short succession after SRS?

I mean, as everybody knows, unlike many (but perhaps not all) women, non-TG genetic men often have difficulty achieving another orgasm for some time when they have just had one. Does that change in any way after the operation?
