The 'mucca' sorta looked like as IF she just gave someone head while stuck in traffic! lol
She forgot to powder (concealer?) her upper lip area.

English actress, Tilda Swinton (from the movie Michael Clayton), claims that she gets treated as a guy when she goes out in public without makeup. She's also 6 foot tall so that plays a factor too. She also played the starring role in Orlando which I never saw but evidentally was about an immortal-type being that kept alternating genders down through the ages.
Yup, makeup does seem to make a difference.
