I have not disputed that he had a bad experience. She may indeed have been rude to him. I would not throw a rock at her for that, or expect anything more, than if someone reported rude service from a waitress at a Chinese restaurant.

I do not believe that he has proven his shrill allegation of racism. It is his interpretation of why the events happened, not the events themselves, that I don't believe.
