Not sure if this has been discussed before but I read on a dutch news site today that starting from 2010 a sex change in Brazil is free if you're at least 21.
As fans of tgirls great news I would say? Does this mean even more sex changes will happen because there's no money barrier?

So starting 2010 we should see even more tgirls from Brazil infront of the camera I'm guessing.....excellent!
