Wouldn't be surprised if she does think she's above everyone. Being the so-called Princess of Pop and one of the biggest celebs on the planet may do that.
I think her own brother has commented on the fact that she's an egomaniac. And Live to Tell was co-written and co-produced by Madonna and Patrick Leonard. So, she would have, well, some talent.
