It depends. I don't think all trannies with implants look that great. Just a couple in my opinion. Allanah's look great for being as big as they are, they look more natural than fake. Amber/Claudia(my avatar)'s look fake, but in a nice way. Others have crooked or dented looking implants and it isn't sexy. I prefer chicks who start hormones at a very young age and have natural looking breasts opposed to fake ones that look bad. Some even make the mistake of getting implants and ruining what they had to begin with. There aren't many nice boob job amoung trannies from the pics I've seen online.
