"Shemales" is in quotations because it is frequently thought of as offensive or closed minded but it is the word used by the author or the "question"

I don't think the dude was trying to be offensive.
In fact, it doesn't even sound like English is his first language.
If I could answer the question:
We are all given our crosses to bare, but through suffering and sacrifice comes love.
For these particular women, their incorrect bodies can be seen as their cross. And they have to work through so much simply to become what they should already be, but they become better women for it.
That kind of leads into that whole thing that some guys say: "Cause they had to work for it, they are more woman than some GG's".

I LOVE the part about Jeremiah 25:27-28! I looked it up, and it is technically accurate...
"Then tell them, 'This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: Drink, get drunk and vomit, and fall to rise no more because of the sword I will send among you.' But if they refuse to take the cup from your hand and drink, tell them, 'This is what the LORD Almighty says: You must drink it!"
Of course if you read earlier, the drink in question is the Cup of God's Wrath, but still if the religious right can take Bible verses out of context, so can I. God wants us all to get hammered!!!
