really ballooned? are you kidding? she was very healthy when she was pregnant. Ask any female and they will tell you the same thing. kudos to her for being a real woman and not one of these stars who can pay to have the nanny watch their kids, while they are out with the personal trainer, and having their healthy low fat meals prepared by a personal chef.

She, like many other Hollywood women these days, realized the amount of roles they have over 40 dramatically reduce, so the move more into production and behind the scenes work.

She made and produced Ugly Betty and I believe has some companies under her own name, just like Sandra Bullock owns Fortis Films, which produces the George Lopez show, and just like Drew Barrymore has her own company which has produced Charlie's Angels and smaller things like Donnie Darko.

Of course, she's also had a child with the Billionaire CEO of PPR, which owns Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Sergio Rossi, Boucheron, Bottega Veneta, Bédat & Co, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Balenciaga, Puma, etc.

So, i'd say she's doing damn well for herself, and she STILL looks good in her 40s if you saw that Campari commercial from last year:
