From the cover, it does have the HDDVD logo on it, which would imply thaty it is a HDDVD disk. I've heard that K-Mart in the US is selling the xbox hddvd drives for about $5 now and those work perfectly in windows. A tragic waste of a format as it truly was superior to Blu Ray in all but current space(which was removed in triple layer disks) and marketing

Sadly you are correct and I hope people realize it was SHOT IN HD,,,,,,,,,and not in HD format,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I dont know the difference and apparently neither did my graphic artist LOL...........................

A few people have inquired but said it really didnt make a difference either way.
