Best is a vague term. The most assertive kisser in my experience is probably Mia, who--when I just walked in the door, having never met me before--gave my tonsils a thorough examination. One very sexy, lovely lady.
But my favorite kisses are those I get from a special girl who considers kisses to be very exciting but very personal, so receiving a sweet kiss from her is something I treasure.
