Marriage question, sorry if I have no clue

I think I've heard that during the transition you can change alot of IDs, e.g. drivers license, etc. to say F instead of M before the actual SRS. If that's the case, can tg's marry in most states pre-op or pretty much just Mass and Calif?... If you can't marry in most other states, do any tg's here plan on taking their bf's to California any time soon to tie the knot?

No tgirls can't marry in most states. Although it is possible to change M to F on driver's license, you can do it on things like passports.
