    I have taken medication for a seizure disorder since I was a child.
    Those high doses of meds that I required would cause two problems
    1) Erections lasting way over 4 hours and without any stimulation.
    2) Would never ejaculate ,no matter how long or what type of stimulation was used.

    Neither scenario is any fun.
    Constant erection with no climax is pure frustration.
    The Ladies may love it ,"when not on the clock", but
    it is only torture on this side .
    The pleasure is not in the conquest of another ,it is derived from ejaculation.
    The only pleasure is in seeing a satisfied partner but a true partner is looking for the same.

    Three hours, came twice didn't lose the erection. No medical aides whatsoever.
