Default A serious question for the girls here

I wonder about just one thing, and that is why so many transsexuals choose to be escorts, instead of having a "normal" job. I don't ask this question to be disrespectful, just wondering?

When I have read topics about this thing before, most girls say that they have no other choice than escorting to survive.

Ok, what is that? Is it because employers don't want t-girls in their workstaff? I really don't belive that. And if it's true, why tell the employer that you are a T-girl? Most of the girls at this forum who escort, look totally like girls, why don't you get another job than to sell your body. I think it is so sad.

Do you really like to have sex with random guys for money, and you guys who have sex with escorts, why are you doing this? Isn't it easier to find a TS girlfriend who you both can love and have sex with?

And you girls who have boyfriends, what do they think about your escorting?

This is another one of those questions I think Peggy should save the answers to in a word doc. And paste as needed.

Mister Mister. Things are rarely as easy and simple as they seem. This being a prime example.
I personally am not an escort. But all but one of my ts-girlfriends are. I DO work in the ‘adult’ industry I guess as a cam girl & phonesex provider (www.niteflirt.com/Alyssa) *wink*. I’m pretty sure I have the psyche wrapped up.

Transitioning is very very expensive. Especially if you wanna look Oooova (really good).
A ‘normal’ job is not going to provide the capital many girls feel they need.

Furthermore, although many TS’s appear to have all the confidence in the world. Its just not the case. Many choose not to make themselves available for judgment. From co-workers or customers. And that’s even if they’re lucky enough not to be discriminated against in the hiring process to begin with.

Trust me, prejudice against transgender women exists. And I live in liberal New Jersey.

I don’t know many t-girls that have an ‘F’ on their ID’s. I don’t. ive gotten an legal name change but the sex is harder to switch on identification. Soooo keeping your T from a boss is pretty much impossible in that respect. It takes more than just looking passable.

And I’ll also pull this little gem out of the archives to make the picture a little clearer for you.

HA for example… This site seems to value Tgirls solely for their looks and sexual abilities (particularly their penises). And that’s okay, the writing is on the wall, but I think it captures the sentiment of most transsexual(& tv,cd)-attracted-men. It also reinforces ideas we all seem to have about each other, most of them being negative.

We’re recognized for what we are rather than who we are. And whats so polarizing is that it mostly comes from men who want intimate time with us. I think its just as much of a reason girls get into escorting as anything else… ‘I’m not gonna find something real, let me make some money for what I’ve been giving away with no reciprocity!’

Most girls escort for the cash not the sex, lol. A lot of girls start their transition at a young age, the use the funds of escort work to afford an effective transition. They continue to escort, have surgery, take hormones and slowly blend into mainstream society.

    Default Ok

But if they starts at hormones at a young age, they look like girls even without any surgery. Then what is the point with surgery then? (I talk plastic surgery, not srs). And many girls seems to not want srs at all. They like to be TS. Thats why I don't understand the need for so much money. If you starts the transistion in the early teens, nobody could tell that you've been a boy?

sometimes surgery isnt about looking real. its about feeling sexy (for me).

some girls need extra somey to pay rent, car, clothes, going out. a lot of it im sure is frivilous. but its what she wants.

& i told u its difficult to be LEGALLY recognized as a female... reguardless how real u look or how early u started hormones. take it from me.

She's "Beyond" but you are "Way Beyond." I just invented a new way of using a word that means the same as OoOva. Do you think my word will get accepted in the TS slang dictionary?

Makes more cash than "normal job".

I know one GG who escorts and she said, "money's great, sex is pretty good, don't see any reason to change."

If I dated a girl who escorts, would not bother me none. Hell, she could show me stuff she learned.

I'm not one of the girls, but it isn't that hard to google countless examples of girls being denied standard office work and fired from those jobs the moment they begin transitioning. There are ZERO laws in the US government protecting girls from discrimination (the original ENDA bill was to do it, but it was butchered and then failed), so employers discriminate.
