I prefer slim (not skinny) but above all natural, but that's just me. I think hormones alone are enough to give a girl that curvy look. But this stuff's been done to death on Jennifer's thread, and anyway it's the girl's choice how she wants to look.

i would like to improve my bottom, with some excersises etc ,, i have put on some weight finally and with my mones my ass is getting abit bigger, but i need to work it out i think, as i sit down alot of the day: (

anyone link me up some good excersies.. bear in mind i have a damaged left knee so i cant squat down fully ..as my knee dont fully bend back .. xx

Hi Libby, you'll prob get lots of smutty replies about things you can do to work out your ass...

But seriously, I don't think you need to do full squats to activate the gluts, and just pedalling an exercise bike at home you can feel the gluts working, and maybe gently strengthen that damaged knee. Plus there's tons of info on free fitness websites and YouTube videos to choose from. Good luck!

i can give you some tips how to work that ass out liberty. most gym freaks would say to do certain positions for example a standard press up, flat hands on the floor, feet apart and then bend arms so chest is as close to the floor as you can get it.

well that's good but my theory is that when working out a muscle everything must be worked out so the individual feels the muscle working out, so in your case you can lay on the floor in what ever position you feel comfortable and do any leg lifts resistance free to start with then after when you comfortable start using resistance bands, staying away from weights. that will be best for you.
