Lisa, You never know with the right people in the front office and a coach that they stick with for a few seasons the Leafs could turn things around very quickly. I don't think you can bank on the draft, but they should get a pretty decent propect out of this year's pool. They do have some quality players to build around, a few good free agent signings (players like playing in Toronto) and maybe a well thought through trade or two where they unload players that may be talented but don't fit the team concept very well.
When they finally put that team together a few choice visits to Brantford for inspiration and meaty advice (of course they'll need to have the Horton's with them when they cum) than I think they'll be off to a hot start! You cutie you!
