I'd say that you have potential.

If you are serious about this I would begin HRT ASAP, and start the
steps you need to make it happen.

Time isn't a transitioning girls friend.

Also as Danielle said, sometimes you may get helpful advice and
encouragement here, but for the most part, this is a rough room.

Finally, I'm going to tell you like my endo told me decades ago you've got
to change that name - 'Josef' doesn't say fem.
