San Juan Puerto Rico

I will be in Puerto Rico next week and was wondering if anyone could steer me towards cool places where the girls hang out
Or anywhere I should absolutely Not go .

first of all.. def. rent a car, stay in a san juan hotel or you'll be stuck in traffic half of your trip going to san juan or looking for parking, learn as much spanish as you can.., divas gentlemans club in san juan is trash..

I would say stay in hotel san juan, they have a packed nightclub with beautiful people.. steer clear from all the police checkpoints on san juan strip.. and if your planning to do a tourist thing, check out el yunqe rain forest (20 min outside san juan), and culebra island (from fajardo (20 min outside san juan) an hour ferry ride, or 15 minute small plane ride.)

also aside from the great restaurants in san juan, try martin's bbq.

now as far as your original question; the casinos... i dont think there is a "ts" club in san juan, they probably wouldnt be able to afford to stay open in san juan... and if there was one on the island, i wouldnt suggest going outside the "tourist" area if you dont know spanish, or dont know the roads, since road signs are sparce and its easy to get lost.

Club Atlantis is on the beach, where we, ts sun in the day, drink at night!
Krash, used to be Eros, (lol)
is a wonderful club with ts and drag shows!

Being ts in Puerto-Rico is not as big of a deal as being a ts in Chicago or NYC. I find Puerto-Ricans in La Isla to be much more accepting and respectful of us. Even my girlfriend from NYC pointed that out on our last trip! I will share pics as I take them on the beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't go to the Zoo. Very few trans girls ever hang out at the zoo. That goes for any zoo, not just Puerto Rican zoos. But you might get lucky over by the monkey cage...



I've never actually been to PR, but I've always wanted to go. I've seen photos and it's beautiful - looks to me very similar to Hawaii. Have fun. You too Vanessa.
