This is what happens when you vote in inexperienced people into the presidency of the United States. We lost Iran to tyranny because we elected Jimmy Carter, an unknown and inexperienced man. People elected him because they needed change at the time. People feel that they need change now, but who knows what other countries we may lose to tyrannical regimes when we elect an inexperienced politician?

We recently had a t.v programme aired in the UK about Iraqi TS's.
I was suprised there seems to be many.
While not openly accepted,i don't think their lives were at risk.
Strange how two neighbouring countries should have such different acceptence levels.

NO FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION THATS HOW THEY GOT CAUGHT. People, you can not stop nature, these guys met in secret and got caught. Sometimes your own family will turn you in.

Sex changes are accepted in Iran. They are not executed. It is my understanding that Iran has the second highest amount in the world. They may not prosper, as it is still difficult for women in general but they are not executed.

    Get the facts straight.

Who says we lost to Iran? When was it? If you remember, all the hostages came home alive, with minimum other loss of life, including one failed rescue mission. Since that time the Soviet Union crumbled and the US enjoyed, unprecendented prosperity until the Iraq war in 2003.

Looks more to me that people are being brainwashed to find enemies so that people can be manipulated out of fear. Yes executing gay people is wrong, in my book but war is the answer.

Lastly, it is not experience, but wisdom that goes towards making good decisions. The US invading Iraq was a poor decision on so many levels. It took critical thinking to understand the the consequences and risks of doing so. The experience of years of Republican rule was unable to correctly assess the real life consequnces.
