I don't think I'll ever be rich enough to buy/own a Ferrari(my dream car since childhood) but I have had the experience to make 600+ hp to the rear wheels. The rush of that horsepower is definately better than sex!!

I am currently driving my favorite car right now, the 2003 Mercury Marauder. Before that, I owned a 1996 black Impala SS, sold it when I put 300K miles on that car. My Marauder currently has 61K miles & still looks showroom new. I get compliements on the car everyday with plenty of heads turning when I drive my car.
Here are the specs of the car, courtesy of Wikipedia:
From 2003 to 2004, Ford produced the Marauder as a "high-performance" version of the Mercury Grand Marquis sedan.
The Mercury Marauder was based on a reinforced version of the Ford Panther platform. The Marauder had a naturally aspirated 4.6 L DOHC Modular V8 producing 302 hp (225 kW) and 318 ft·lbf (431 N·m) of torque. The Marauder was fitted with a unique dual exhaust system and numerous suspension and cosmetic enhancements, including a return to Mercurys traditional "god-head" logo. The Marauder was fitted with the corporate 4R70W 4-speed automatic in 2003 and received the upgraded 4R75W 4-speed automatic for 2004.
After a production run of 11,052 vehicles the Marauder was discontinued in 2004, however the Ford Crown Victoria LX Sport remained, bearing a monochrome appearance similar to the Marauder but powered by the lesser 239 hp (178 kW) 4.6 L 2-valve SOHC V8. The LX Sport also includes smaller rims, softer suspension tuning, a taller axle ratio, along with numerous other mechanical and cosmetic details that remain unique to the Marauder.

bat1,
This car is fast as hell & I was timed under 14 seconds for the 1/4 mile for a 4000+ pound car. I took it from where the PA Turnpike starts where I live at in Central NJ, got to near Pittsburgh, Exit 10 in 3 hours, 45 minutes not too long ago. I have a lead foot & been fortunate I was never caught driving like that for about 20 years now.

My screen name states my overall favorite...but in my dream garage I'd also have a Lexus LS 600 Lh (the hybrid), a real Yenko Camaro or Nova and a Ferrari 612 Scaglietti. There are others, but too numerous to name.
Don't call me Willie Navigator.
William Escalade is no more. He's done his service to the site.
