This is a fad with the US "TS" people mainly. The unimformed TS comunity is talked into thinking they need ALL this work at once. If you read testimonials you will find most are from people that are fakes or work for the DR's.
As it has been for years, get a little done and then see what else you need. Rarely does anyone need as much as the DR in SF wants to do. Also have you noticed how most of DR O's patients look alike and that the sides of a patients face look like they are not from the same person. Remember for every good one you see there are many that the sites and DR's will not let you see.
Most PS's will do TS's so why not use one that does hundreds of procedures a year?

My personal opinion, having seen many of his patients, and being one, is that he is by far and away the best of the best. There are other talented doctors, but it's not easy to find specialists. He measures, to the millimeter the variances in distances in your face. He will take those measurements and apply them as per what the typical female has. In many cases, people can say it isn't a science, but in FFS there definitely is.
I would highly recommend doing the "all in one" package if people can afford it. Going under isn't exactly the healthiest thing in the world.

Dr. O is a great surgeon. I did my jaw with him-which I have to admit I am not happy with and he left it uneven and a lump on one side of my chin- but ultimately I think his best work is the forehead. I opted not to do my forehead with him because I felt, my main concern was my hairline, and that Dr.O would not have moved it as forward as I wanted it from seeign his other patients I met. In fact, a lot I have talked to always end up going back for revision on he hairline. So Dr. Lesesne in NY, moved my hairline 3/4 of an inch foward and now I hope to perfect it with Dr. Epstein who is going to round off the hairline (I have a square one now, a trait that is not necesseraly masculine as many women have square hairlines, but I preffer round ones). He did of of course not get t he forhead as flat as a Dr.O forehead, but it made a huge difference and it much, much, much better.

I think the best time to go to Dr.O is when you have nothing done and he redoes your whole face- for some reason I have seen better success stories that way.

But by far, in my opinion, his best work is the adam apple (scarless because his technique, he cuts under the chin, and the forehead). For someone who desires a much lower hairline I would use someone else- but no one can do bone work like him, that I have seen. He is extremely EXPENSIVE though and doing your whole face at once (jaw & chin, adams apple, nose, forehead, and hairline) you are looking at about $35,000-$40,000.

The other downside is that he uses general anesthesia, I had my forehead and hairline done under iv sedation (which is much better and less risky) .

iam very happy with my Dr he did all my recent work and im happy with him
he just did my cheeks bones, smile lines today and lipo and very happy
