Aww thanks...the new house will be alot easier to take care of, much smaller and way in the country. I think I live like 15 miles from town now. I'm becoming a bit of a hermit lol. But, at least I'll have alot more to do out here, plus my cabin is only a mile away from the house. Gonna be an interesting summer boating, gardening, planting more trees etc.

Nice spread Meghan. Sounds like you're really secluded out there. Enjoy. I'm close to downsizing also with the last of my kids about to go to college. But I'll probably end up in the city.
