I had a great afternoon - ended up in a superb fish and chips restaurant in London called The Rock and Sole Plaice. In my opinion, a really great place to eat. One of the customers was a Japanese guy there with his son. He was handing out Japanese biscuits made from rice and soy sauce for everyone to try. All the customers ended up having a mass discussion on the Japanese Tea Ceremony - the Cha-No-Yu. It's not every day that you get to discuss the Green Tea Ceremony with people from UK, USA and Japan whilst eating Rock Salmon and Chips. An Amazing event!!!!
