Interestingly, it is hosted in the UK. Although I think it is very common for someone living in Cali to register a domain with a false address and phone, it would be odd for them to then host their site in your country.
Certainly they contacted you to bestow upon you this great honor and meet you in person to congratulate you. No? I mean you wouldn't just throw that up on your site without knowing the validity and integrity of the award. I know that you are far too ethical for that.

For the record, I know exactly who made the site, and who contributed to it. It is all very transparent. I can even tell you what version of Microsoft Frontpage developed it. I am a superspy.

The plot thickens. All of the registration information has been updated, to a New Mexico address and phone number. The address is fake, but the number is apparently real but unlisted. The contact name is changed and may or may not be real.

How did you determine its hosted in England? My primitive sleuthing traces it to Amsterdam.
