Celibacy
i was wondering if anyone else has ever tried it ?and for how long?
i decided after my last relationship ,to have a break from sex,and up to this day,over 3 years now i have remained celibate.sure i have been tempted and things,but i have never really been into 1 night stands,and i can"t see that special someone coming into my life any time soon.i know this is probably the wrong subject to bring up on this forum,but what the heck i"m intrigued about what answers i will get

OK, I'll relent for a moment. Yes I have had my moments of celibacy. When I was around 18-21 I went nearly three years. And when I was around 30 something I went a few years. But it wasn't really by choice. More that I was dealing with my gender issues and just couldn't find a SO.

Actually I have. I was pretty sore after my last surgery and decided to remain celibate during my recovery. The first four hours after my release was difficult. I thought I'd go nuts. Then the male nurse showed up at my door and fucked my brains out. That was great. Maybe I should try celibacy again sometime.

i do enjoy sex sure with the right person,as for 1 night stands i have had them in the past,and no doubt i could find 1 night stands again,but they are just not for me.

In my very early 20's- I was celibate for about two years. But that had to do mostly because of my not being comfortable with my body.
It was alright though.
