I lived in Italy for three years and used to go to Roma. There is a club called Alpheus that is gay/TS on the weekends. I don't know if it still does that considering that I haven't lived in Italy for 2 years. I know between the months of May - August that they have the gay pride festivals. There are clubs that open up to gay, bi, TS, and straight around that time. Go to the termini and get into a taxi and tell the driver to take you to Tesstaccio. There is a place called Gay Village which has gay and TS.
