Thread: Ann Coulter

Here are the cards stacked against Ms Coulter...
6ft tall
Type three forehead (that means she has a strong brow bone - the bone which goes accross the forehead underneath the eyebrows - like men have. It isn't unheard of in women, but it's rare)
Adams apple
She apparently bends at the hips instead of the waist (whatever that means)
Big hands
Big feet
She has not been forthcoming with her childhood records (where she went to school etc)
I am not saying that she definitely is, but I would say there is a high probability. I had an intersexed TS friend who looked just like her I think.

This is a pretty interesting thread. You can't hate Ann Coulter just for being a conservative. I know a lot (well, actually not that many) people who consider themselves conservative and they are honestly good people. It's a shades of gray, vs black and white thing. Many conservatives/right wing people believe in personal responsibility, less government interference in peoples lives, fiscal issues that if they were to actually work would be good for the general populace, ect.
But, unfortunately for the most part, they are wrong. At least in regards to how the Republican party is currently pursuing those ideals.
Fascists believe in absolute control to maintain the status quo. To keep us "safe" by making sure there is no latitude that would allow any problems to arise.
That, currently, is what the majority of the right wing believes.
Ann may very well be a TS. Rush Limbaugh is a drug addict. George Bush is a "reformed" alcoholic, former coke snorting buffoon. Who cares? It's what they do in public that matters and their private lives shouldn't factor into it. Hypocrites? Sure, big deal, I don't care. Public figures should do their job, and that's all that really effects you or me.
Disagree with them on important issues, not what they do at home at the end of the day.
I don't think it's a conservative/liberal thing at all. It's just that a lot of fundamently bad people seem to have captured the primative impulses of the U.S. majority right now and are riding this thing for all it's worth.

What would you suggest, steeveX? Something along the lines of the French revolution?
A very simplified way to look at things is: Either you can be a Sith or a Jedi. The pursuit of control, to make people think your way, cuts both ways, and it's never a good idea.
Read Animal Farm. No matter how bad things get, I personally would never let myself become one of the pigs in the farm house, regardless of the ideals I might be pursuing.
Catcher In The Rye comes to mind as well. You might not be able to save the world, but the least you can do is try to do a little good.
And yes, I know how melodratic, hippy dippy that sounds, but I'm sticking to it.

If indeed it were to come out that she WAS a TS, I don't think it would hurt her or the republican party at all. In fact, I think they would use that to their advantage claiming what a diverse party they are and all are welcome to join their compassionate conservatism.
As for Ann, she'd probably admit it, then say what a horrible mistake it was, and then lobby for a law against sex change practices to "save" others from the horrible mistake that she made.
America loves reformed sinners.

I would just love to see her outed just to see the hardcore Rightwingers cringe. Their reaction would be so much fun to watch.

Ann Coulter is a political pornographer who panders to the extreme right. Like in regular porn, the story line (ie facts) are secondary to the mood and tone, all of which serve the sole purpose of giving Conservatives a big self righteous political hard on.
Read Al Franken's Book Lies and the Lying Liars, and you will see the sort of inaccurate spew she puts forth. Or go online and find one of the many websites that will document, chapter and verse, the distortions, mischaracterizations and outright lies she will make to try to press her arguments. In her world, Joseph McCarthy is a hero, Nixon a victim, Clinton a criminal, and anyone who disagrees a treasonous traitor.
I think she is probably a TS and probably hates herself for it, as she has argued, any good Conservative should. The hatred she shows others flows from abject self hatred.
