Would anyone consider hiring chicks from a TS Agency?
I see porn stars do it all the time when they come to a major city.
I know the agency is probably making a killing$!$ but it would be safer for the girls to have some sort of screening and an idea of guaranteed clientele on their trip.

Not a horrible idea.
1) The girls get to cut out the fat, pun intended
2) Girls would probably be given a safe place to do what hey want, and not have strange guys knowing where they lived, and they most likely be in large groups.
3) Easier marketing

but i guess most girls like the independence of managing their own 100% of the time.

Anybody running such an agency would have to have an infinite amount of patience, the ability to bullshit to customers an extraordinary amount of times about the state of the traffic/lack of taxis and be able to disappear at the drop of a hat.

Ive done the agency thing years ago,, and it was a rip off, as far as safety hmmmm i dunno its still risky you have to do as told , be on call whenever they say so,, so basiclly your being pimped. I never been keen on being told what to do,, or how and when to do it. And they probably making more off you than you for you. I have horror stories of t girls working for agencies , sometimes they even cal the client and ask if you tipped "The girl" and they demand cut from your tips, and also they have a driver come scoop you up and take you to all the calls, and that another thing the driver gets his cut too.... Complete and utter ripp off.. Your simply being a puppet and a token to make them money ! leave me, doing what i do now, and how i do it.

I was with a few escort agencies in NY and saw a lot of celebrity and high end clients. The agency doesn't do much but take your money. I meet enough celbs and high end clients on my own and dont have to go 60% of what I make to anyone.

I think that there are an awful lot of girls (both TG and GG) who would make more money working for an agency*, but don't want to because they have a mental thing about giving any money to anyone. But in most cases, girls are not the best handlers of their own business.
