I think I've just found it! I suspect the scene is from Joey Silvera's Big Ass Shemale Adventures 9- Suzanna certainly does get topped in that. I have found a review. The guy's name is Marcio and he and Suzanna take turns to do each other.

I haven't seen the DVD, but enjoyed others in the series. If any of you manage to get it- I will certainly look for it when I next visit a shop stocking such DVDs (there are none in my town)- let me know if it's good.
